Before your Hair & Makeup appointment

• Have some reference photos saved on your phone of the looks you’re wanting to achieve

• For optimal application of makeup, please make sure to arrive with clean skin

• If you are considering getting lash extensions ahead of your appointment, we would advise against as we can create a custom lash via individuals or a strip lash that best suits your eye shape on the day

• If you already have lash extensions, we will be able to work with these on the day, however please keep in mind that it could affect the look you’re wanting to achieve

• Please avoid getting any lash lifts prior to your appointment as this can prevent us from applying false lashes on the day

• Allow extra time for parking as Ross Street can get quite busy

• If you decide to park on the street, please have CelloPark downloaded and ready to go as it can take up to 5 minutes to set up

• Wear a shirt or outfit that’s easy to change in and out of (preferably something that buttons up)

• It can get quite cold in our studio, so if you tend to get a bit chilly we highly recommend wearing a jumper to your appointment

Prepping your hair for optimal hairstyling

• Please arrive with clean dry hair with no product

• For optimal styling we recommend two shampoos and conditioner from mids to ends

• Avoid any heat styling e.g. straightening and/ or smooth blow dries (rough blow dries are okay)

• Curly/ textured hair - if you are wanting a smooth style, please reach out to your artist in case we need to give you specific prep instructions

before your nail appointment

• Have some reference photos of the design you’re wanting

• Make sure you have booked in the right service

• If you have pre-existing nails e.g. from another nail tech) you will need to book in a removal in conjunction to your appointment (please note, this does not apply for returning clients wanting an infill)

• If you would like a colours gel polish or art added your BIAB manicure, please be sure to book the appropriate service as they are an add on to your BIAB manicure

• If you have made a booking for nail art, please send any info pics prior to your appointment so that your technician can allocate enough time and make sure that the inspo will be achievable on the day of your booking

Parking

Bunnings Newstead is located right across from our studio and offers free 2hr parking. Otherwise there is street parking available on Ross Street and surrounding streets. Please make sure to have CelloPark downloaded and ready to go as it can take about 5 minutes to set up.

Late Arrivals

We will try our best to accommodate where we can, however appointments will be cut short if you are running late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the remaining balance.
