Cancellations

Booking deposits are non-refundable and are not able to be transferred to a new or altered appointment and form the cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled.

Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment will incur a fee of the full amount of service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the remaining balance.

No show appointments will be charged the full amount.

If any of the artists at Sol Studios Newstead do not feel like they are the right fit for you, they are liable to cancel the booking at their own discretion and a refund will be issued.

Sol Studios Newstead will not offer a refund of any kind for services which have been completed.

Health & Safety

To ensure the artists’ at Sol Studios Newstead and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to any clients displaying signs of head lice or contagious viral or bacterial symptoms including and not limited to, vomiting, diarrhoea, rash, cold sores, conjunctivitis, coughs & respiratory infections.

The team at Sol Studios Newstead is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to give advance notice to Sol Studios Newstead if you have any particular allergies or hypersensitivity that you are aware of.

If an additional person or a child must attend your booking, Sol Studios Newstead accepts no liability from any claims arising from any injury while in the service area.

Other

In the rare event that an artists is unavailable to provide their services on the scheduled booking date. Sol Studios Newstead will make every attempt to fit you in with another artist at Sol Studios Newstead or alternatively a similar calibre artist at another location for the client will be provided.

COVID-19/ Pandemic

If your event is being postponed due to a government mandated lockdown in Queensland, your prepaid deposit can be transferred to the new scheduled date (please note that this will be subject to artists’ availability). If the new date is available, your appointment will be moved to your requested date and time.

If we are unable to accomodate you on your new date, your pre-paid deposit can be used for a future event/ date. If you choose to reschedule your date and the event is postponed once again, unfortunately the deposit will not be able to be transferred to a third.

If the event is cancelled in it’s entirety, your deposit may be used towards another date/ event.

Credits will expire after 3 months.
